Adding a patient to the queue

The queue works like your daily register, and helps you get a complete visibility on your day. It works as the glue to connect your patient visits, appointments, prescriptions, bills & payments.

When used properly, the queue is a very powerful tool to harness the full power of kulcare

Selecting the Doctor

With multiple doctors working at a clinic, each doctor will have their own queue. The reception can quickly switch between each doctor to manage their individual queues. To switch doctor queues, follow the steps below :

  1. Click ‘Queueon the left menu
  2. Select the respective doctor from the drop down list on top left

To add a patient to the Queue, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your kulcare account.
  2. Select “Manage my Practice” to visit the Clinic Management System
  3. If you’re already logged in, click ‘Queueon the left menu
  4. Click the  ‘Add’ button on the top right of screen.
  5. Enter details of the patient, name, mobile number etc.
  6. kulcare will show you matching results to select or you can add a new patient if no patient record is matched.
  7. Click ‘Add’

Congratulations, you have thus added a patient to the Queue.
