Adding staff

You can also add staff members to manage your reception and patients on kulcare. Staff members have limited access to your patient history and business details.


To add a staff member, follow the steps below:

  1. Click ‘Settings’ on the left menu
  2. Select ‘Users’ from the drop down menu
  3. Go to the ‘Staff’ section
  4. Click ‘Add Staff’ button
  5. Enter the name and mobile number of your staff member and click “Save”.

The staff member will receive an SMS invite to register to kulcare. They need to sign up before they can access kulcare.
